Closer to a long dinner party than a production
Forty to a hundred people, one property, and no shuttle between the ceremony and reception. Dinner runs long, conversations flow easily, and nobody is seated out of earshot.

Catering comes from our curated list of West Michigan caterers, and decor through Charm Decor House. Florals, photography and music are yours to choose. A 20% service fee applies to bar services, plus 6% Michigan sales tax.
The new dining room
From Spring 2027 there is a purpose-built dining room where the barn used to stand, the Emerald Suite, and a new entrance. More room at the table, and somewhere proper to spend the morning.

Rehearsal Dinners
We still host rehearsal dinners at Emerson, but we’re accepting a more limited number alongside our weddings. Availability is date-dependent, so take a look at your date and reach out to see what’s possible.
Weddings begin at $1,900
Saturdays in prime season sit higher. Once we know your date and guest count, we will send you the full packages by email.

Can we bring our own caterer?
Catering comes from our curated list of West Michigan caterers. Florals, photography and music are yours to choose.
What happens if it rains?
If rain is in the forecast, your Event Manager and Wedding Coordinator will work with you to create a weather-ready plan that keeps the celebration comfortable and running smoothly.
Is there somewhere to get ready?
Yes. The brand-new Emerald Suite offers a dedicated getting-ready space, with access beginning at 9 AM on your wedding day.
What time does music have to stop?
Outdoor music must end by 10 PM. After 10 PM, the celebration can continue indoors.
Where do guests stay?
We partner with great local hosts and accommodations. View our preferred vendor list for places to stay nearby.
Do you hold dates?
No. Due to limited availability, we do not hold dates. Dates are secured once your contract is signed and payment is received.
