Experience Manager
Emily Caldwell is the Experience Manager at Emerson Lounge, where she combines her detail-oriented approach and passion for planning to create seamless, memorable events. Currently earning her degree in Event and Recreation Management from Central Michigan University, she loves watching the venue come to life as all the details come together.
Gina VanderZwaag
Event & Venue Manager
Gina VanderZwaag is a Venue & Event Manager at Emerson Lounge where she manages events and works closely with amazing clients. After starting as an intern in high school, Gina has worked her way up and now thrives in the fast-paced, creative world of event planning. When she’s not working, Gina loves spending time with friends and exploring new restaurants.
Kat Huff
Event & Venue Manager
Kat Huff is a Venue & Event Manager at Emerson Lounge, where she manages events and brings a creative touch to each celebration. Starting as a Venue Assistant, Kat quickly climbed the ranks, taking on her current role as Venue Manager. When she’s not at work, she loves gardening, painting, and spending time outdoors with her dog and husband.
Oscar Cramer
Event & Venue Manager
Oscar is a Event & Venue Manager at The Grant Collection, bringing seven years of experience in the wedding and event industry and a refined eye for detail from his background in photography. With a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University, he is passionate about creating seamless, meaningful celebrations and connecting with the people who make them special. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the city with his camera, discovering new music, and golfing.
Brandon Lee
Event & Venue Manager
Brandon is an Event & Venue Manager at The Grant Collection, bringing energy, collaboration, and a passion for creating seamless, memorable events. He loves the variety each celebration brings and finds joy in watching guests’ excitement—especially when the dance floor fills for a line dancing song. Outside of work, you can usually find him out on the golf course.
Linda Shipman
Corporate Event Manager
Linda Shipman is the Corporate Event Manager at Emerson Lounge where she brings energy, strategy, and a client-first mindset to every event. With a background in communications and a passion for working with corporate clients and non-profits, she loves seeing events come to life and clients walk away fulfilled. Outside of work, she enjoys entertaining, playing pickleball, and exploring creative home projects.
Stephen Rich
Bar Manager
Stephen Rich is the Bar Manager at The Grant Collection, bringing over ten years of hospitality experience and a passion for creating seamless, joyful guest experiences. With a background in archaeology and a love for event logistics, he ensures every detail behind the bar runs smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, board games, and relaxing with his wife and dog.

Wedding Planning & Coordination Manager
Tiffany Timmer is the Wedding Planning & Coordination Manager at Emerson Lounge, where she uses her 10+ years of experience to craft personalized, seamless wedding experiences. Passionate about event design and timeline creation, Tiffany loves bringing each couple’s unique vision to life. Outside of work, she enjoys antiquing and indulging in iced coffee.

Day of Coordinator
Chloe Lemkie is a Day of Coordinator at Emerson Lounge with a background in Hospitality & Tourism Management. Passionate about detail and client service, she excels in anticipating and fulfilling the needs of couples on their wedding day. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys outdoor activities like skiing and camping with her fiancé and dogs.
